For years I have periodically fought with Sprint to correct unilateral changes to my account, such as billing me for services I didn't order, overcharging and otherwise changing the terms of my alleged contract to my detriment. It appears this may be a systematic practice, and I am interested in others who have experienced similar problems. I would like to stop these unlawful practices.

Also, does anyone know of any class action suits against Sprint (or other carriers) on such practices?
