My phone broke (RAZR) and Sprint is telling me that I have to pay full price for a new one without a contract extension. I don't want to pay full price for a phone that I'm gonna use for 6 months until my contract expires because I'm never getting Sprint again.
I heard that you can call the manufacturer and tell them how much you like heir products and they could send you a new one for free or factory price/lower price, is that true?
