Sprint overcharges me EVERY MONTH! I used to have the Garmin on both phones, but had it taken off in Aug. after seeing how expensive it was. I got the Sprint Nav. put on just my husband's phone instead. (20.00 per month flat fee) I am still being charged for the Garmin every month! I have spoken to numerous Customer Service people, supervisors, managers, even went to the Sprint stores several times to have them try to help me resolve this, but still every month there are the bogus charges on my bill. They used to refund the charges and adjust my bill, but for the last 2 months they are saying they can't do that anymore, and are promising me refunds that never happen! Sprint is basically stealing money from me every month! What can I do ?? Please help, when I call them they promise a refund, but it never happens!!!! I am so stressed over this!!
