If you did in fact speak with tech support it's possible during the troubleshooting process they may have had to cancel and then resume your account which does automatically renew the contract. However the rep is SUPPOSED to go in and change the number of months in the contract to give the correct expiration date. Whether or not they do is a different story. I'm sorry it took so much but I'm glad you got what you wanted/deserved in the end.
