Sprint has an issue with charging people on unlimited video mail as this requires a network connection to do so, at this point my wife and I occurred charges from them in which came out to $1.48, well not a big deal but why on an unlimited plan of video, text and picture mail. These charges may happen on other sprint family or individual plans. However with the LG Rumor that we have, it has happened just once with our phones. We were adjusted the charges and spoke with the rep and asked for a ticket to be submitted and for myself to be contacted about the issue so it can be resolved for MANY MANY MANY other customers who have as well been dealing with this same exact problem. If you see video mail charges, and you have unlimited video mail, contact sprint and gripe as much as you can.  I hope we can get this resolved.
