I see a lot of complaints and problems being posted here dealing with Sprint and/or Nextel. Since I have dealt with them before; I know how to get help when nothing else has worked. So I wanted to post something here to help others out. The main complaint site that companies seem to listen to is
PlanetFeedback: Voice of One, Power of Many. When you file a complaint through them it goes to boardinquiries AT sprint.com. This is Sprint Executive Relations department. These are the people that hold the power to help you if customer care has not. Don't contact them if you haven't tried using other means. And also don't file complaints over stupid issues, because no company is willing to work with someone posting pointless and rude complaints. So be polite and explain the issue. Also in the complaint explain what you have done to correct the issue and what, if anything, did those methods do.
Here is a list of Sprint related phone numbers. They seem to change often; so it makes more sense to post a link here then to post the page itself.

Here are some other complaint sites. These just help others see what you have been going through. I have never had Sprint, or any company for that matter, reply back to any complaint or question posted on those sites.

If these don't help, then get the more powerful groups to help. The BBB ((ONLY)) deals with money related issues. If Sprint ripped you off in some financial way, then they can help. If your dropping calls and want help with that; the BBB is NOT the way to go. The FTC and
FCC are government agencies that will keep your complaint on file and take action if need be. Don't expect much if anything from them. But the complaints do stay on file and companies do reply back to complaints filed with them. The
FCC ((ONLY)) deals with communication related issues. Whereas the FTC deals with all consumer goods.
