What's odd about Sprint is they got one of my friends to switch to them by telling him they would block the telemaketers from calling him. I don't know if they ever did, but they claimed to have. My friend eventually started working for T.A.G., which is the company Sprint outsourced their American customer care to. And after he worked for them, he dropped their service in favor of Metro PCS.
So why Sprint is changing their mind now just seems like a stupid back peddling measure on their part. They seem to be going in the opposite direction as the other carriers when it comes to customer care. But that is what happens when you fire your CC, then hire outsourced labor for less.
But hopefully you can get those calls to stop. I know how aggravating that can be.
