Sprint Mobile Sync

From Sprint Mobile Sync

Sprint Mobile Sync
Manage and backup your contact and group information with ease via Sprint Mobile Sync. It's free with your service, if you have a Sprint Mobile Sync-capable phone, and offers these key features:

  • Manage contact information. Input up to 5,000 contacts — either manually, via your phone's address book or by importing them from Microsoft® Outlook — including phone numbers, Direct Connect® numbers, e-mail addresses, special notes and other supported fields.
  • Create and manage group lists. Set up Group Connect® or TeamDC groups.
  • Over-the-air synchronization. All changes you make to your address book, whether online or on your phone, will automatically be synchronized. This ensures your address book is always up to date in both places.
  • Backup contacts. All updates you make are securely stored on the Sprint network. So, if your phone is ever lost or stolen, your address book will automatically be re-loaded to your replacement phone upon activation.
  • If you don't want to backup your contacts. You can deactivate Sprint Mobile Sync from sprint.com or your phone. You'll still be able to create TeamDC groups, online, and can reactivate the application at any time from sprint.com or your phone.
