Samsung Rant / One-Click UI problems

I just got my Samsung Rant and I have been trying to set it up.

One problem is that it wont let me add new tiles to the carousel, I bring up the screen with the tile I want where it says "add" or "preview" but when I click add nothing happens at all. I have plenty of room for them, I only have 7 on at the minute. It wont even work in areas of the house where I get internet signal.

Am I doing something wrong?
