    I think I'm basically screwed here but I'll post my problem anyways.

    My contract was up and I wanted to renew. I had the SERO plan at 15$ a mo. due to some negotiating at the beginning of my contract.

    When I was trying to renew I wanted to see what options I had in renewal and learned that my 15$ a mo. perk would be taken away and the plan would go back to the original price of 30$ a mo.

    I talked my way up to the head dept and got the manager on the line in an attempt to salvage my perk. The first thing that she basically asks me is who is the employee that referred me. I said no employee referred me; I did it by an email address. She asked me what was the email address and I said I didn't remember. She told me that I could renew my contract before I got off the line or the offer expires and I'm done with sprint, so I renewed. She then told me sprint was investigating into the SERO plans and that I MIGHT get a call to switch my plan.

    Needless to say today I got a call and a voicemail from the same manager at sprint wanting me to return her phone call *2 days later*.


    Basically I'm curious as to know if there's any way I can get out of this b*tch jacking my account? Also I know people are selling their SERO plans. If I do cancel my contract because of this, would I be able to take over someone elses SERO contract?
