Sprint has a new Android smarphone in its lineup and was just announced by Sprint. The Kyocera Echo, is considered to be the worlds, and Sprint's, first dual-touchscreen Android smartphone.
The Kyocera Echo has a pivot hinge that allows you to pivot it side-to-side, use it alone or combined to give you a 4.7 inch integrated display. With the pivot hinge design, the Echo can be turned into a tablet form device and also comes with "Tablet Mode" that allows you to use one application that spreads across not one, but both display screens.
Features of the Echo include: Android 2.2, two 3.5 inch WVGA touchscreen displays, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Wi-Fi hotspot capability, 5MP autofocus camera with 720p HD camcorder, 512MB RAM, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 8GB microSD card included, measures 115.0 x 56.5 x 17.2mm and weighs 193 grams.
Price of the Kyocera Echo will be $199.99 on contract and after a $100 mail in rebate and will become available this spring.
