We have a "duty manager" number at work that we forward to our cell phones when it is our turn to be the duty manager. Last week I upgraded from my old HTC EVO to a new iPhone 4S. Forwarding worked just fine before that change, but now it's broken. When the land line is forwarded to my number, the line appears to connect (seconds start ticking), but the line never rings. I can forward the line to other cell phone carrier devices without an issue (Verizon, AT&T), including an AT&T iPhone 4S and I can still forward it to a Sprint Android device. But my cell number which is now the iPhone 4S no longer works.

My telecom support team at work told me to call my carrier. Sprint says nothing is blocked on my line, so the forward should go through. The only change made was the upgrade from Android to iPhone. Very weird. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

    Thanks!
    Mike

Do you have applecare? f yest I'd give them a call, its not a network routing problem, it seems to be a software issue with your apple device. Just tell them you already worked with Sprint tech, and your work tech, and landline provider, and they all point to your device being the issue. Should resolve it pretty quick.
Also, just for fun, have them check your blocked call list at Sprint. If its not their, add it to the blocked list, then have them remove it.
