Sprint Outage 77032

I currently can not make calls, or send text.
Mobile Network disconnected, will not connect to 3G CDMA or 4G LTE .
Sprint CSR claims Sprint outage in this area till late Jul 29th.
Please update this thread with any other areas affected by a Sprint outage

Did they fix the problem yet?

There was a Sprint outage in my area and their response to it wasn't good at all. They told different customers different things, from it being a "No Service" area (although there has been signal years before) to it wasn't even going to be fixed. Finally, they fixed the issue. I really think they could have done better. There was a huge communication problem. It isn't the representatives fault that they aren't informed about the issues going on. Sprint needs to give the representatives more information so they have a better response to the customer.

Is the service still out in your area, or did they finish the upgrade in your area? It has been a while now.
