Here is my problem. When I signed up with Sprint dealer recommended a Replenish. Six mos. after the fact it began to act up not holding a charge. I took back to Sprint and dealer would not help, told me go to company store or send back to Samsung. I sent to Samsung, still have same problem. My wife has same phone and she has similar problem too. Called Samsung and they want phone back again to look at again. Meanwhile, called Sprint to try and buy a new phone. They would only sell at full retail, I am not eligible for an upgrade. I am just trying to be a good customer, they have me by shorthairs and won't budge. Where can I get a phone with no contract that will last for a year of so??? Any ideas

    You have a few options...
Try a Sprint repair center: no charge if you have TEP; $35 if not.
Try a refurbished phone; Keep in mind this may still be considered an upgrade.
Go to Sprint > Logon >click on shop > click on phones. Scroll down on the right under condition > click the checkbox next to refurbished.
Ebay should be your last resort.
