    im fine when surfing the net.... dunno the problem. it goes slow on sprint home pages, but the connecction to anything else is pretty nice.

    For basic internet browsing and email checking, its great. But then again, you cant expect a miracle from a 2 inch screen

    Actually, it aint as bad as it sounds, and when you're out on the road... i doubt that how long it takes to load a page matters... as long as you have a darn internet connection and a direct link to technology! haha... but again, it aint as bad as it sounds...

    i thought they had a thing where if they caught you using your phone as a modem they drop your contract and can even sue?

    Somewhat....

    If you have web enabled on your phone, its ok. But, if you are using it without the web enabled its considered bad.

    Actually you are right, it is listed on their website as a violation of Terms of Service and can result in termination without further notice.
