why does sprint suck so much???

I have learned with sprint, if you are polite and nice with the rep, regardless whose fault the mistake was, they will help you and be nice to you.

I've been through several providers and sprint is actually one of the best for me with the exception when I am doing a road trip. Verizon works best on UC Berkeley campus however works like crap through out the rest of Berkeley, T-mobile works great in the suburbs and sprint has 0 reception in a select few locations [including UC Bizerkely] however great on both bridges. it all depends on where their cell sites, towers and repeater stations are located.

Sprint is terrible, I have it and where i live I have to drive around the city in order to talk on my phone, and then they cut you off for being a few days late and when you pay the bill they take their sweet time turning your service back on....

i havent had any problems really with the customer service but there service really gets on my nerves. its so annoying when im out with friends who always have perfect sevice and i always have to go on a walk to find service somewhere.

ring?/ can i get a ring tone?

they have the worst customer service.. they just dont care on keeping their customers happy.. i hate them

Exactly my thoughts about Sprint. Never again.

you have to wait for customer service for a long time. whether on the phone or at the store. no matter what time of day!

All I can say is Bad Service, but Great Phones!!! Ironic equilibrium, if you will.

I switched to sprint and I am happy. I was with T-Mobile and their customer service said they didnt care whether I stayed with them or not because its a big market out there. I did get half off my last bill for that one though. But I have had good luck with Sprint so far.

i dont have sprint and never will cause they ........ suck. I got my girl the sanyo 8100 on a upgrade but it was awful. the phone she had before was so out dated text messaging wasn't even an option.

its been great for me so far and the phones are cheap and nice so .. yeah

Every company has bad customer service. When I was with Cingular, they sucked. My brother has NexTel, they are worse. No company is perfect. I been with Sprint going on 3 years and real happy with the service I get. They have even called me to ask my opinion on service and quality. I had a problem with Vision when I transfered my number to a new 5500. In the end they gave me 60 free minutes and a $75 credit towards my account for my trouble which I did not ask for. I did not gripe and moan, I was totally polite when talking to them.

Lol i was completely polite and they were asking for my info and i told em it and then they hung up on me..they also only have service in the most random areas..sigh..and ive had to get my pic mail fixed like 20 times and because i couldnt access it, it somehow tried to connect to internet and they charged 75 dollars, then 15 dollars. hate em.
