    sprint is a horrible company. they have the highest churn rate in the industry which basically means they lose the most customers.

    This is actually very true.

    For convenience, I listed the churn rates below (for Q4 2008):
    Verizon Wireless-1.1%
    AT&T-1.7%
    T-Mobile-2.1%
    Sprint PCS-2.9%

    The percentage churn rate is calculated based on number of customers gained and then the percentage of those customers gained actually leave.

    If I have a problem they always fixed it fast and smooth. Service is good, my phone I love..plans are good and they give perks what other cell phone server give you free perks..

    I will NEVER use Nextel or Sprint again as long as I live and the absolute ridiculous explanation that I was given by customer support. I have let my service cancel, will NOT pay you another single cent on my account, will NOT pay the early termination fee as NEXTEL did not hold up to their end of the contract as explained to me when I purchased the phone. I have also requested to cancel my business line that was on the unlimited plan as well as a friend of mine is cancelling their Nextel service as we were the only two that direct connected anymore. I tried to explain that all I wanted was for the incorrect charges to be reversed and I would have been fine. The bull**** explanation that they were doing me some sort of favor to split the charges was ridiculous. DO NOT tell people that there are no charges for calls after 7 when you are trying to sell them a phone if you do not clearly explain that the call MUST originate after 7. If your billing system is not smart enough to figure that out, then you have a responsibility to explain that. All I have now is the satisfaction that I have cost you much more money as a piss poor customer service company that you will ever cost me. As I explained, you simply did not incur any real cost with providing the calls that started before 7 and ran past. If the call had simply been ended at 7:00 and started back at 7:01 pm then there would have been the same usage, with none of the charges that were in question.

    Your issue isn't something they are forced to explain to you.

    It is the customer's responsibility to find out all of the fine print. Fine print is there so you DON'T see it...therefore, why would they explain it?

    Verizon Wireless is the same way. If the call begins before 9pm (I know Sprint's 7pm), and runs over, you're still responsible for the fees...

    It also works to where if you place a call at 6:59am and run over, you're NOT responsible for calls that went over the night hours.

    Hello it says call made after 7pm, which part of that did you not understand. CALLS MADE AFTER 7PM....common sense. All the phone services are the same AFTER is your key word..look it up to see what AFTER MEANS!!

    Man Sprint really sucks !!! Even after calling them for more than 5 times i dont have voice mail notification on my samsung instinct, they say its the problem with the phone. they do reprogramming every time..... Fed up Sprint !!!
