Broken Samsung R451c Straight Talk

So I was in my dorm, left my slider open, then a buddy of mine bumped my bed where it was sitting with his laptop ..and it broke. The worse part, it broke from the tape wire that connects the top of the phone to the keyboard part of the slider. Will Straight Talk figure something out with that if I give them a call trying to make a deal of getting another one?

I don't know what you mean by 'figure something out'. I doubt they're just going to give you a new phone...
