T-MOHBHILE

I was with Verizon for 3 years (they are the best for CDMA in my opinion).
Then I switched to T-Mobile because I needed GSM. In my research, I chose T-Mobile over the other carriers.
So I say both depending on what network you use.
T-Mobile = GSM
Verizon = CDMA

All depends on where you use it, full nationwide coverage I believe Verizon is the best. T-Mobile has good coverage for a majority of people who use phones. For the most part I still think Verizon has better interior coverage, but T-mob is slowly catching up.
Now for most bang for the buck it is T-Mobile
