? about text messaging

hello everyone, this is my first post! well anyways i have a question about text messaging. there is a guy that is sending texts to my g/f and harrassing her all the time, she has deleted a great portion of them for some reason. anyways we want to take legal action now and i was woundering if there was any way to get a transcript or a print out of all her texts for a certin period of time? she goes throught t-mobile. anything help would be greatly accepted.

Just checked with t-mobile, you can view where the messages are comming from, but there is no way for them to see whats in those messages. She could also look into getting her # changed, it's free and only takes about 2 hrs to take affect. The only drawback is that if she has any saved vm they will be deleted.
