im trying to make a call

Hey I live in NY IM trying to call a # that is paid its . 55 a min I was able to call before but now it give me a booze signal every time I call can someone help me out.

Is it only that number you call or any number you try to call?

With the phone on remove & replace the battery, power the handset back on
If you’re calling a prepaid phone it maybe shut off

Yeah, you basically were in a worm hole of some sort...Tmobile phones are NOT allowed to call per minute numbers, or recieve collect calls either. There's no real way to bill it from their end.

When I worked with TMo, there were a few lucky people who could get through on those type of lines, and it was simply because the system processed the call the same as it would process a call to your mother, or to a friend, but it will only go on for so long before the system will correct itself, those are a different type of call, and then there's nothing you can do about it, but keep trying. Eventually the system may let you back in.
