I have been with them since the days they were known as Powertel (1998) and I have always been treated right- no complaints here. Also 1 year contracts instead of 2.

TMobile is overall the best..I've had my share of dealings with cell phone companies, and I totally think TMobile is the best way to go.

t-mobile gives ya more for your money, and their customer service is so much more friendly and down to earth than the other companies, especially when you have to hear their "hold" music for hours

T-Mobile is an awesome carrier, If I had to chance to give a million dollars to anyone, I'd give it to T-Mobile. Isn't that right, hippysmurf42?

Handset, T-Mobile got burned a few times from a certain company for not so good handsets and are being cautious with regards to introducing new handsets, it’s as simple as that
The rate plan minutes has been increase with no additional charge, Get More use to be 500 now it’s 600, family time use to be 800, now 900 same cost
If you want results though as a customer it's constructive criticism that gives results, if you're *****ing and complaining honestly there's nothing the rep can do other than to listen but remember you have an obligation as a consumer to check before you sign

yea and as 4eyes said, they are consistently changing their rate plans, the fam plan is now 1000 minutes, who can beat that, they're also comin out with nice phones, my only complaint is that they are takin to long with EDGE, where cing is doing that already, CATCH up t-mobile, oh, and we do have catherine zeta-jones huh, what does cing have, the stupid orange thing, and verizon with that annoying "can you hear me now?" guy, and sprints x-files lookin guy, blah!!

You people should learn how to use the search button. There's like 2 or 3 threads about T-Mobile's service on the FRONT PAGE!

I have to agree T-Mobile's customer service is great. But the coverage here in the Springs sucks. I keep having dropped calls. I tired to get out of my contract, new talk or walk deal, but I would have had to been with in the first 4 months of my plan. This new offer hasn't been offered for even 3 months and I let them know that. They still wouldn't let me out. When my contract expires I'm off to an other carrier.
I have friends that have Verizon and say their customer service sucks, but they ALWAYS have great coverage so they maybe deal with them once every few months. I've called T-Mobile 4 times in the last month because of coverage and all they say is "we'll have our engineers take a look at it".

well it makes perfect sense that not everyone is gonna have t-mobile, coverage depends on your area, and then you would get the carrier that works well in your area, so if you dont have good coverage in your area then maybe you shoulda got out during your trial period, not everyone is gonna use and like t-mobile, and the same goes for any other carrier
