I have a Samsung E315 and I am constantly having problems with droped calls. I just got off the phone with T-Mobile and they are sending me a replacement phone and they said if I have the problem again I can get a handset upgrade. Does anyone know what this phone is? Thanks.

"does anyone know what this phone is?" - which phone are you talking about? your e315 or the upgrade? if its an upgrade you pick the phone, you just have to pay if its a higher end phones, thats all

Sorry what I was trying to say was what is the model upgrade from the E315? When I was talking to them they said they would do a handset upgrade at no charge.

well if thats the case then they're probably arent gonna give you a phone comparable to your e315 for free, when the term handset upgrade is used it means that they will give you a new phone at the maximum discounted price (the same price as new customers) with a contract extension, but you should ask them specifically what they have to offer you

Most likely he is speaking in regards to a multiple exchange.... which refers to a device exchanged atleast 2 times in the last 90 days, and on the 3rd exchange you are able to do antoehr exchange, or take a different kind of phone that T-Mobile deems "comparable"..... at this point, I am acatually unsure on what phone is considered comparable to e315...
