I know this is coming out soon, but not sure when, just wondering if anyone has some solid news on when t-mobile is coming out with push to talk, i know cingular is working on it already and their expected release date is 3rd quarter '05, but i havent heard a release date on t-mobile's side. Alls i know is that its coming out.....soon.....

Would it even be worth the cost of the addon? None of the phones have really loud speakers or anything...

This feature is lame. If you want to talk to someone, call them.

well obviously the phones would come with louder speakers to accomodate the feature, but i know everyone else is coming out with it and all i wanna know is why t-mobile is takin its time with everything, i mean they were the first gsm carrier in the states, and now theyre being mad slow with EDGE, PTT, i mean come on....

I wish Cingular/T-Mobile/Nextel/Verizon could all have this feature and be compatibale with one another.

Like I'd like to push-to-talk to a friend that has Cingular.

i think the push to talk would be a good feature. u dont feel like talking all the time. you just find out what u need to know with the push of a button and that be that. you dont have to hold convos and act like your phone "dropped signal" when u hang up on someone.
