Does anyone have this problem when they go to TMobile.com?
I have tried several times to register to the website. Whenever I have the password messaged to my phone, it's always the same password and then I get this error on the site.
"We were unable to verify your password. Please try again.If you need your password resent to your phone, click the link below."
Now, I've tried it all in caps, lower caps, everything I could think of. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how do I fix this?
