Personally, I have no complaints except the price ($50 + Hotspots translates to $70+ every month). Never have been dropped from a call with T-Mobile.

I've only had T-mobile for a couple weeks now, but so far I love it. I love the features and the great prices.

Where I live I get pretty good reception... but I dont think the reception is as good as verizon but were getting there.

my experience with tmobile:
not too great indoors, especially with brick building. but they try hard and put towers up where ever they can
the plans are cheap and comes with alot of minutes
the best customer support, they are not as stiff and unhuman like verizon

add: i forgot, if you really want tmobile get it from amazon, you can usually score 100 bucks or more after a free phone. amazon will pay you 100 for sign up with tmobile for a year.
