I own the Nokia 6230 with a 64MB MMC card and let me tell you...It's the best damn thing I've used since the Nokia 3390. The sounds that come from it are incredibly awesome. Unfortunately, it's an unlocked Cingular phone, but it still rocks! Hopefully T-Mobile does come through and releases it. But they just released the Nokia 6101 & Nokia 3220, so who knows. But anyways, the Nokia 6230 has every option you could imagine...It's ahead of its time. The only features I'd improve is, and I'm being really picky here:

-Improve the MP3 player so that it could rewind and fast forward
    -better picture/video quality
-longer recording times both with video and voice

That is all I can think of as of now. The coolest thing is it has a removable MMC slot. I heard it can support up to a 2GB MMC card! Can you imagine how many MP3's you could carry around! Also, there is a video encoder you can download off the internet that will let you re-encode any video type and watch it right off your phone. I re-encoded the dance sequence of Napoleon Dynamite. It was only about 10Mb's

If anyone else has it, what do you dislike about it...if anything.

Just wait.. Nokia is coming out with it's own line of Smart Phones with full keypads for messaging and Internet browsing to compete against the Treo 650 and the Blackberry. The Nokia phones will also be running Windows Mobile. Expect 5 or 6 of them in the first quarter of 2006. The more of these phones we see, the lower the prices as well.

I am a T-Mobile employee and not aware of this phone coming out soon. In fact, I read the message because I thought the new Nokia Phone posted was going to be the Nokia N90. For those of you who are willing to spend a fortune on a great phone, check out the Nokia N90.

The N90 is a truly awesome Nokia Camera Phone. Only thing is, it won't be available at T-Mobile retail stores. It will only be available at CompUSA and at Ritz Camera. Customers will be able to use this phone with any T-Mobile monthly calling plan.
