So after changing my husbands # 3 days ago I got online today and that same number is shown as texting us again the day after the number change. We haven't given the new # to anyone and the number that is supposedly texting us is no longer in service. How exactly can they be texting us if their number is out of service??? So I'm still working on things with them. They denied the Advanced Billing Research but if I have to pay this (it's not even that much) then I'll ask them to file it again.
Any ideas on how to get out of a contract? I figure no but I have to ask.
Also, anyone know why it is that this # shows as texting us on the bill but it has never come up on his phone? I'm trying to research online right now but I'm not getting anything yet. We live in WA state and he's currently in NC under a Cingular tower. I'm wondering about interceptions and all that.
Do you think changing his
SIM card might work for this situation? I need anything I can get!! I also blocked his new number online. What the heck do I do if that doesn't work?!?
I'm taking this as far as I can if they won't take it off my bill.
