When does the Motorola v186 come out for T-mobile and other than the internal exterior color of silver how does it differ from the Motorola v180?

The v188 is already out, I pretty sure this is the phone your talking about because I haven't heard anything about a v186 but the v188 does have a speaker phone other than that I don't think there's any other diff.
