How to unlock MOTOROAL A630 (t-mob)

Here's my dilema. I sold my phone on ebay. I did not know about unlocking aspects. I no longer have my phone so I cannot contact T mobile for the code. The buyer is stuck with it as he needs it unlocked. What can I do to resolve tihs? Does anyone know of some code so I can unlock this phone?

tell the buyer that you need the IMEI and then call tmo customer service, tell then you're going out of the country on vacation and that you would like your phone unlocked so that another sim card can be used (a local sim card), they then will process a req to get you the phone unlocked and within a couple of days they get you an unlock code and unlocking instructions... you don't need to have the phone just the IMEI...

I know this. I called TMOBILE and asked them to give me the code. Since I am a user for less than 90 days, they just will not give it to me. I told them I am going abroad. They say they dont make exceptions to the 90 day policy. So, I will appreciate it other options are available else I am ****ed and will have to refund money for the phone, will get negative feedback and lose quite a bit of cash as I had used Next day Express shipping methods.

I posted a message elsewhere. You can go to local retailers and see if they have the 'smart Clip' to unlock motorola phones. They may do it for $10.
