If any T-Mobile users are experiencing the same problems as I am I'd love to hear your solutions/advice.
I have the HP 6315 Pocket PC Phone. I have been through 3 of them now. Each one has randomly decided to freeze, automatically Hard Reset, Lose ALL my information, and therefore tick me off!
When I work with T-Mobile, all they say they can do is send me a refurbished version of the SAME phone which never works anyways. (I have been through the same "Hard Reset Hell" with 2 other Pocket PC Phones with Sprint PCS also.) Their alternate solution is to discount me on a lower priced phone w/less features and renew my contract. THEY SHOULD GIVE ME SERVICE CREDIT AND A PHONE OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE FREE!
