Horrible Reception

Does anyone else get horrible reception, in places they shouldn't? Like open area, across the street from where they sell their phone. LOL

Yes, I bought my phone at a wal-mart, when they had a kiosk, and everytime I go in there to use it it doesn't work!!! Outside it works fine but I run into a few dead spots in the mall and seems to pick right up at t-mobile (???) Hmmm wonder why?

yes, i think tmobile's signals are weak because i live in a brick house and i will be lucky if i get 2 bars. however whe i called up they said that they are building 3 more towers around my area so let's see how that goes.

however their customer service is excellent

I agree the customer service is outstanding and I dont think any other carrier comes close.
