Hi I am new to this Forum and was not sure if this is the right place to post a question about coverage. I am thinking about switching to T Mobile from Sprint whe our contract is over in December. I will be traveling to the Mahtowa and Cloquet MN area and wanted to check if T Mobile has coverage there. Is it true that T mobile has better coverage in big metropolitan cities only? Is the customer service really good? I am tired of Sprint bad customer Service
Thanks

Problem with that area is that there is coverage but not directly form t-mobile, its from their roaming partners, so they might not be able to activate you if that is your PPU (primary place of use). If you will just be travelling to those areas but live inside of t-mo's coverage area, then when you go to those areas you will have service and of course, no roaming charges. One thing though, Mobile2Mobile DOESNT APPLY WHEN IN A ROAMING PARTNERS COVERAGE AREA. Mo2Mo only applis when a phone call from a t-mobile cellphone on t-mobile's us network connects to another t-mo phone on t-mo's network, so if, example, your wife is in a t-mo network, but your in cloquet on a roaming partners network, then the minutes will come out of your daytime if its a daytime call since you arent on t-mo's digital network, but ontheir roaming partners. Hope you get all this, but go to your local t-mo store to find out more, just in case!
