    I need help, my caller id dosent tell me whose calling it only says call when sombody calls even if I go to recent calls it dosent say the number.. What is wrong?

    How many different numbers did you try? Some people pay to have their numbers hidden. If not that, than you might want to ask ur service provider. I just got the same phone yesturday and its working fine for me.
