A few months ago i had a cell phone with Metro Pcs, wich i got to say it's not as bad as people think. Yeah i got a few drop calls once in a blue moon, but not too often.... While at the mall i saw the Raz'r and tought that it was one of those things that i must have... don't like CIngular too much so i went for T-Mobile, they took 8 days to change my number from Metro to my new Razr, so far everything ok, when i do get service on my phone i realize that my phone does not have any signal whatsoever in my house, i check the coverage map and it says that i have good signal, I call them up because if this is a problem i will have always i will cancel my service after all I have 6 days left to be able to cancel the contract, but the Rep. assured me that it was temp. problem and it should be up in a few days... so i waited to see if the problem will be fixed but No way.. i was lied to... My Razr has been changed 3 times, i have to look for signal outside my parking lot to be able to make a phone call, It is nearly imposible for me to make a phone call on my first try, I have to check my voicemail a few times a day to be able to return phone calls cuz my phone just does not receive them.... I cannot cancel my service cuz i just realized that the T-mobile authorized dealer that sold me the phone will charge me 300.00 for cancelling the service plus 200.00 that T-mobile charges... that's 500.00 bucks that i can't afford right now... but as if this was not bad enough, During Huricane WILMA, Sprint, Verizon, and CIngular gave phone service all through the storm, T-mobile was out for 48 hours in the most crucial time, when it was really important for me to keep in touch with my family, and Metro PCS was out for 4 days... so
can you rely on this company?
I think NOT.
Do they give a good service?
I think NOT.
Have i been lied to?
