Help!! Prepaid!!

i have a unlocked phone and i was woundering what do i have to do to get the prepaid plan? i know i need sim card how much do theycost? Do i need to make an account? and it says text messeges are 10Cents so does that charge my minutes or i have to pay seperate?

just go into any T-Mobile store or indpendent cell phone shop and they will give you a prepaid sim card, there will be an activation fee, T-Mobile gives you rewards minutes after a few months along with free text messaging..

Free Texts? That would be amazing because basicly all i do id TXT people. Especally durring class.

I think you only get free minutes but i am not sure. How do they charge you on texting?????

ok..this is what i did...i got an un-locked phone and bought a pre-paid phone from t-moblie..and just took the sim and put it in my unlocked phone....you only get free rewards minutes after you refilled your t-moblie account and you have to spend $150 before you get them...i think you get free incoming text but you have to pay for the ones you send also, t-moblie prepaid send you a lot of text messages about offers and they get annoying after a while and when you have like a few minutes left on your card or your minutes aer about to expire they tell you during when you make a call..iono if they take that away from your minutes or not but i didnt like it....t-moblie where i live it doesnt have good reception but, i dont have that anymore cause i got tried of re-filling it..so i switched to cingular but not pre-paid and is awsome i got great reception...but..pre-paid is not the way to if you are hooked with your cellphone you could just get a plan with gsm and you that sim and put it in your phone.....i hope i helped you a little

Here in So cal u get the gold reward stuff once you've spent $100 so its different in different places. But did u have to buy the prepaid PHONE coulndt u just buy a T-mobile sim card?

check ebay for prepaid sim.
txt is 10cents per send local, long distance and international.
all incoming txt is free it does't matter where the txt come from.
on ebay you will get a diff area code, just give t-mo a call and they will change the area code to your local area code.
i think they go aroung $10 to $20 and you have $15 already in your sim to begin with.

i dont think that you have to buy the pre-paid phone
