My stupid t-mobile To-Go phone (Sony Ericsson J200i) always says "GPRS Failed". Does to-go not get GPRS? Also, i recently tryed filling my account w/ $10.00 and i got the confirmation e-mail and text message, but my account never gained the money. the weird thing is that i can still make text messages, and it doesnt deduct from my account ( but i cant make calls).

p.s the gprs never worked, so it isnt because of the other stuff.

akilgroe, the GPRS will not work because the J200i is not a T-Mobile supported phone. The GPRS settings need to be configured to get your T-Zones to work. You will need to do quite a bit of searching to get the settings for the GPRS.

I am not sure what is going on with your $10 refill. Try dialing #999# from your cell phone to see what your balance is. If you feel you may have applied the refill number incorrectly, dial 877-778-2106 from any phone other than your pre-pay phone. To speak with a customer care representative, you must press option 3 twice.

If you are getting a T-Mobile RAZR then you will not need to worry about the GPRS settings, but if it is a unlocked/de-branded RAZR you will have the same problem as your Sony Ericsson. You will have to call to T-Mobile CS and get them to send you the configuration settings.
