help... i have 10 more days with my sidekick and its MINE permanantly. i love my sidekick and all BUT i was wondering IF POSSIBLY there is another pda phone just like this but has more features. i dont like the blackberry, i like the sidekick and how it opens up. i found a phone online and i dont know what the name was OR where it was! =(
    also...
are u guys COMPLETELY satisfied with tmobile and its service? i keep hearing how they were voted #1 in the world for best customer service but i called twice to customer care and found the reps to be pretty rude and agressive and wouldnt let me speak. they would ramble on and on and not directly answer my question, they were skipping around the question. so id say PLEASE PUT UR MANAGER ON and theyd KEEP ON TALKING, IGNORING what i was saying! and then finally she says "whats the mannor of the call"? i said, that isnt important, i need the manager, she says, well, i cant put u on with a manger UNLESS u tell me WHY ur calling..and HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I SAID, ID RATHER NOT DISCUSS IT WITH YOU, NO OFFENCE.. she apparently thought i was going to complain about her, luckily i got her name! i write EVERYTHING down and record times/dates etc ALWAYS ON EVERYTHING. now i AM infact complaining, i dont need to be hung up on simply because she was trying to tell me i cannot have the DATA ONLY plan, which i ALREADY HAD! she was very unknowledgeable...

    Renizay,

T-Mobile lets the CS reps try to handle every issue that gets called in. A T-Mobile CS rep can handle just about anything, very rarely do people get transferred to a different department and thats part of the reason T-Mobile was voted #1 in customer care for 3 years in a row now. You being a sidekick customer, you will most likely experience being transferred to tech support before your contract ends. You will not get transferred to a supervisor unless the customer care rep cannot handle your concern. You will also not get transferred to a supervisor to try to get something that T-Mobile doesn't offer (such as free nights starting at 7 or free incoming calls). Since you did not try to let the customer care rep help you first, this is why you didn't get transferred.

T-Mobile has many different call centers throughout the country. Your call gets routed to the first available call center. At some centers, the first thing the customer care rep says is thier name and rep ID#. At other centers they do not.

Also, whenver anyone at T-Mobile accesses your account, 3 things are automatically noted to your account: the reps name, date, and time. This is done wether or not any changes to your account are made. For example; if I pulled up your account at my store just to look at it, anyone at T-Mobile will be able to see that I was viewing your account and there is nothing I can do to hide that. Customer care reps have no fear in giving out their name because they know that you can call back and the next rep can see who you previously spoke to.

Finally, I apoligize if a customer service rep hung up on you. Ask me your questions, maybe I can answer it.

if you're asking about the coolest pda phone you can possibly get... haha, i have fallen in love with one that someone i know has. it's unlocked gsm, which means i couldnt use it on sprint, but if you're t-mo this might be what you're looking for! wow it's a little pricey but this is the pda phone i would buy if i could afford it and if i had gsm service!

this is more of a PDA than phone but it works great as a phone, my friend who has one uses cingular service with it. i'm so jealous, this thing is better than my laptop!

RR- No, i was not calling for free 7pm nights. I wanted a supervisor for a few different reasons, 1, i didnt like the reps attitude and the way she handled my call, she was completely RUDE and didnt let me speak, she kept speaking over me. There were a couple other reasons besides that for a supervisor, that id rather keep personal and not get into.. I dont know, i dont think its fair to the customer, when you got a rep speaking HIGHLY OVER you and not LISTENING to u. I dont know, its a bit difficult to deal with people like that and on top of it, to get HUNG UP on!! =( makes me sad
