problems with my internet on my unlocked phone

i just got a motorola v80 unlocked and i use it under t-mobile. for some reason the internet doesnt work. i cant download or upload anything. anyone have any suggestions?

when asks what motorola click motorola razr or v600

Did you configured T-Mobile's T-Zone settings on your unlocked phone? If no.. call customer care and they will walk you through with settings....

I have the same problem, except it's with a Motorola SLVR, which isn't listed on that site. So...should I call customer care?

Try using the RAZR settings for your SLVR. That is as close as you will get for tmobile.

Yeah...I got T-Zones now. But it keeps saying that my phone isn't supported for the stuff I want to download. So...I need to wait. Any idea how long before T-Mobile supports it?

tzones will never support, or let you download content for a phone that they've never released. If you want to buy rings/wallpapers from tmobile then you can log into the my.tmobile section and select a phone that's similar to yours...then purchase the content through there...i have tested this will samsung d500's and t637's and all kinds of phones that aren't officially supported by tmobile
