Can't Get "T-Zones" or "Jingle"

I am setting-up my Motorola Razr V3 and am having problems. There are no "T Zones" on my phone. I have "T-Mobile to Go" service and T-Mobile appears on the large LCD screen. Without "T Zones" I can't get the following: My Account, Web & Applications, Bookmarks, Games & Applications, and much more. The dealer who sold me the SIMS card and activated it is no longer available, so I am at a loss. I contacted T-Mobile but got no response. Also, the "T-Mobile Jingle" is not available on my phone; yet the "Hello Moto" is on my phone. Strange?

I assume you have a TMO simcard in the phone. Once that is inserted in the phone all you need to do to set up the T-zones/sms/mms is use the T-Mobile Wireless Data Configurator here: T-Mobile Wireless Data Configurator once you do that you should be able to send sms/mms and use T-zones. The T jingle that you want you have to download into your phone.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, when I use that T-Mobile site "Configure Your Phone", I can make no choices as no choices are shown to choose from. Either it was removed from the T-Mobile website or there is a problem with my server. Please try it for yourself and see. Let me know what happens.

I am able to get the choices. You do have to select the manufacturer first than the phone. So select Motorola for manufacturer, and then RAZR V3 for the phone. Then click submit.
