Prepaid outage in Washington DC area

No service since Wednesday 11/1. Sometimes when I call the cell phone from another phone it rings and I can answer and sometimis the line goes dead from the calling phone (no intercept message). Can't place any call from cell phone. I took it to the T-mopbile store abd the salesman reset it and called the carrier and they said network trouble. Is anybody else having trouble? They said it's only affecting prepaid phones.

I remember when my friend had T-Mobile. About three years ago, her phone stopped working for about two days, although I can't remember whether she was pre or postpaid. By the way, this was Denver, not DC.
