hey forum im new and this isa long post, but i need the help...

about 4 months ago i went to the t mobile kiosk at the local mall because my battery died on my old phone, a samsung x105. the guy hooked me up with a motorola L6 and upgraded my plan. well the motorola is hard to get used to and very delicate compared to the samsung so i didnt use it until i got a case for it. i get a case and i still avoid using it because its hard to learn tthe new text technology and setting.

Finally i decide to switch to the new L6 and i find out that everytime i get a voice mail i get a text message that says @{}. and every time i call my voice mail i get a text message that says @[]. which is pretty annoying so i call tmobile tech support.

they say my phone was purchased through an unauthorized dealer and the phone is unsupported so they cant help me.

I decide to live with the texts and i try to send a picture message.. unable to send... the phone cant send the message for the same reasons i get the text messages..

I call t mobile customer service and they say since it is past the 14 day regression perios i cannot return it.

Is there anything i can do about this?

the L6 is brand new, its just unsupported by the network. I would love to return it but they are telling me I can not. I was unaware that i was purchasing from a nonauthorized dealer and I was nto told it was an unsupported handset. Could I use this angle? if so on who?

sorry for the long post, especially since its my first to the forum but there is a lot of background setting.

Any help would be great thanks in advance.

The only thing you probably can do is take it back to the dealer you purchased it from. The L6 isn't even a T-Mobile phone, but unlocked in order to work with T-Mobile. So you will not have a warranty on it.
