Looks like I didn't get to this in time to vote, but the only phones I would get on your list would be the T-619 (for the camera), the 6103 for the reliability and ease of use, or the Razr (Which was 29.99 with a 2 year agreement if fully qualified when I looked today) because it is easily modified. I have owned all three of these suggestions at some time (still have the razr and the 6103) and they are all good phones for the money. At this time, the only way to get a T-619 through T-Mobile is to do an upgrade or new activation online. I'm sure they can be purchased elsewhere also, like on eBay.
I hope its obvious that my views do not express the views of T-mobile. Anything I say should be viewed as my own opinion & no reflection on the company I work for.
