TMobile to Go will NOT give you access to billing details!!!

I just bought and actived a TMobile prepaid phone, and after setting up a My TMobile account online, checked my balance. The amount left was less than I expected, so I went looking for the detail (calls made, duration, text message charges, etc.). The detail data is not available online! I then called a CSR and after giving her my TMobile cellphone number, PIN, last four of my Social Security, she STILL wouldn't give me the detail of which number was called from my phone, saying they are not allowed to give out phone numbers. I asked her how I'm to check whether an error has been made on the charges against my account, and she questioned whether I thought they would lie to me!? I patiently explained I trust they wouldn't lie, but certainly errors can be made, and that I should have the right to see the details of the charges against my prepaid funds.

I previously had a Virgin Mobile prepaid account, and you can go online and see all charge details for up to the last 60 days. Does anybody have a contact number for someone with some authority at TMobile that I could contact about rectifying this rather incredible policy?

When I was with AT& T prepaid.....their online website gave me all the details...the number I called or recieved calls from and the duration. T-mobile gives nothing!

T-mobile is the cheapest out there and hence has the least features!
