A new very negative poster has recently shown up here in the TMo forum to make drawn-out attacks against T-Mobile because he did not bother to read the directions on T-Mobile's website. He blames TMo for a billing problem and has written to the Better Business Bureau and wasted a bunch of time claiming that TMo is basically an unethical company. I think the intent of his posting is just to get attention.
T-Mobile is not an unethical company. I've had a couple of minor issues with TMo but those issues were satisfactorily resolved and for the most part I must say that TMo has really been a good carrier for me.
I'm thinking that some of us who like TMo might contribute some posts noting T-Mobile's strengths and even some stories about how T-Mo has been an exceptional carrier.
For instance, many of us would agree that TMo has the best pricing in the business. We would also likely agree that TMo has the best customer service in the business hands down. Many of us would compliment TMo on coverage strength. I know here in Southern California, my coverage with TMo is very good.
TMo has a lot going as an exceptional carrier. How about some stories or notes about exceptional service that we've gotten from TMo detailed in this thread?

TMo is an easy choice as far as I'm concerned.

I am also very happy with my T-Mobile service. This is the only company I have yet to have major problems with. The rates are great and the phones kick A$$. The customer service is also incredible. The best i've seen soo far.

+1 on the excellent customer service. Unfortunately here in Virginia, the reception is very spotty. Especially when myself or my wife travel to the western part of the state, no signal at all. But as long as you stick to major roads no issues.

Re: Pumped Up by T-Mobile
I have to say that most of my customer base in the area I live in can be well lets just say very demanding. As a product of this area I understand so its easily to relate too and work around. Yet when you put them on the phone with customer service, they are always preparing for a fight but when they hear just how friendly and well friendly again the customer service staff is, they are so caught off guard its easily to work with them. So many times have customers told me that our cs is so nice, its to the point of annoyance. How can someone be that nice? Yada, yada. Its funny to hear that from them because when comparing to their stories from other, previous carriers they are horrible, ours are memorable. That creates buzz.
