T-MO does have some of the best pricing plans, that's why i ported my number from Cingular, they weren't raising my bar, but they sure were raising my bill.

I too recently moved from Cingular to T-Mobile.

    I've been happy so far.

Welcome aboard. You'll find TMo is a much more responsive company to do business with than Cingulbar.

J.D. Power and Consumer Report both rate Cingulbar with mediocre rankings in the Southern California market. That's pretty sad for the nation's 2nd largest city. We certainly deserve better from a company who aspires to be the nation's largest mobile carrier. A combination of poor service and high prices never make a compelling consumer value proposition.

    these don't affect me
    1. I have BNP, which has 500SMS included
    2. I go for unlocked route, this would be the best option to upgrade phone if you have some money in pocket

T-mobile does seem to be following the other carriers a little bit more then usual, but hopefully with the release of UMA and 3G they will move ahead.
