Dear Friends,
Scary about T-MOBILE - I Canceled the account like one year back,
at that time - I paid all my bills, I talk to rep, I gave them my
new address and my new phone number, and I fax my utility bill for
address, I cancel the account, then after one year, when I get check
my credit report there I saw $90 in the collection department,
I talk to collection department they said its from T-mobile,
I talk to T-mobile rep like more than an hour, she told me from where
that bill comes from, I don't know who send to the collection
department!. Then I ask her to connect to the manager "BIG Mice" , he
told me, I don't want to talk about this, just pay that amount and
settle, it's VERY VERY RUDE ANSWER FROM HIM, I am talking politely,
but they are taking advantage
BE CAREFUL WITH T-MOBILE. Customer service is not satisfactory
regarding solving the problems

Ahhh, its you two!
Well I'm here now too guys
The OPs situation seems fairly unique with T-mobile, as in my opinion, and the opinion of JD power, they have the best Customer Care in the nation. I hope they get it resolved though...
It just takes those few bad reps to ruin someone's opinion of the company forever

Re: Be Carefull With T Mobile
Kumar ….did you check to verify that the last bill statement showed a zero balance, rather than talk to the collection agency go back to T-Mobile explain (in writing) what happened that you canceled the service and provided your new address information however you never rec’d a final bill that the account was a zero balance and yes it’s your responsibility that you did not verify that the account was canceled and no balance, if you provided the address information it will be noted in the acct, once the acct is reviewed if in fact this was the case they can see if able to bring the account back to T-Mobile
Only after the issue is settled can you then contact T-Mobile to ask for a correction in your credit report
Good Luck
