T-Mobile does not support all the products it sells

this is a real problem because I just renewed my contract for two years and bought a Dash and a bluetooth earpiece. They do not suppor the ear piece and one day it just stopped working. I took it off my ear, turned it off and plugged it in to charge it. It never turned back on again. I called T-mobile - talked with 5 different people before someone gave me Jabra's phone number. Of course they weren't open so I had to wait till Monday. I called them and they said I needed a receipt. My receipt said I bought $284 worth of equipment but did not state that part of it was a Jabra Bluetooth ear piece so I couldnt' use it. Jabra said they would do a one-time exchange but if something happened to that ear piece, I would need a receipt. I sent the ear piece to Jabra, with tracking number. The woman at T-mobile said she'd get a receipt in case it happened again. It's been over two weeks, neither item is in my posession. I called T-mobile and they won't give me a receipt that details that I bought the Jabra ear piece. And I can't call Jabra till tomorrow to see what's going on with the one I sent in.

I just wanted to warn you that you should buy your products in a store where you can walk away with a receipt or you'll have this problem too. I'm posting this everywhere I can. Beware of T-mobile... they don't support all the products they sell....
