...which I don't see in T-M's FAQs (if they are covered here, I apologize...I did look!):

(a) Does T-M charge minutes for incoming voicemail?

(b) When refills are added, does the entire balance convert to the new rate? (for example, you have a balance of $3.60. You add a $100.00 card. Do you now have 1036 minutes or 1000 + $3.60 worth at your old rate?) It's only fair that it be the latter, but it seems it must be difficult to keep track that way
