    Default Text Messaging Woes?

I work with a law firm that is investigating T-Mobile for the way it bundles text messaging into its wireless plans. T-Mobile makes text-messaging a mandatory part of all its cell plans. That means some consumers are hit with text charges they didn’t want, including advertisements and spam.

Other service providers allow customers to turn off the text messaging function, but that isn’t the case with T-Mobile.

We would love to hear from you about your experience. Please send us an e-mail at info@hbsslaw.com, give us a call at 206-623-7292 or check out the Web site on this issue: hbsslaw.com/TMobile_investigation.htm
